ST-I Wiki

ST Wiki is the official companion wiki for Star Trek Intelligence. The editors of ST-I have created this wiki to allow visitors to directly contribute to ST-I without the need to get the editors approval for every single update. As with ST-I, the editors intend this wiki's primary focus to be on Star Trek starships and technology.

The goal of ST Wiki is to improve and expand the ST-I database, even beyond topics not covered on the main ST-I website and to allow users to create their own content that has not been covered for various reasons on ST-I. Creating this wiki also means that improved content will be shared between the two sites, allowing both web sites to be accurate as possible. We hope you enjoy this new concept and community. Please feel free to contribute to the ST-I wiki to help us obtain this wiki's full potential.

User Improvement Campaign

ST-I Wiki Depends on You!
In order to create the richest user experience possible ST-I Wiki is setting a challenge that will be updated monthly to improve specific sections of the wiki. The goal is fill out the content and create rich and complex information for all users to enjoy.
This months challenge is to improve the Federation Starships section. ST-I Wiki will allow the users to determine what this means. It may simply be adding a paragraph to a ship article or create a brand new technology page related to the starship. The wiki is yours to enrich and you will be acknowledged for your contributions.

Please do not forget the rest of the wiki though!

Featured Article

The Galaxy class is Starfleet's current flagship class. The Galaxy was designed to be a multi-purpose mission platform, intended to replace all older classes. The Galaxy class possesses the most advance general purpose scientific and exploration recourses of any Federation starship class; this makes the Galaxy ideal for long term exploration missions independent of Starfleet resources. The Galaxy class was also equipped with state of the art weapon and defensive systems when it was launched in the mid 24th century, along with saucer separation capability, which allowed the star drive section to serve as a mobile weapons platform when relieved of the bulk of its mass. Before the advent of the Federation battleships due to the Borg and Dominion threats, the Galaxy class was the choice class for defending the Federation borders and showing the flag as a deterrent for any hostile moves from neighboring species. Finally, the Galaxy class was also designed for diplomatic, evacuation, and first contact missions, fulfilling its role as the most capable Federation ship. More->

What you can do to help

After deciding to help there are many things you can do to improve ST-I Wiki.
To name a few possibilities:

  • Find one of the existing pages to edit. If you have additional information or information that needs to be corrected please add it to the wiki. Do not limit yourself to the existing sections this forum is for you to expand beyond the limits of ST-I, add a deck by deck description if you like or add fun trivia.
  • Fill in one of the wanted pages. If someone created a link to it, it may be important
  • Create new pages. Please start filling in any ships or tech that have not been added yet. Although this wiki specialized in starships and technology, any page is welcome. For more information please see the help page.
  • Review pages for references, links, images, wiki code, or just the general nice tweaks to a wiki.
